We enjoyed our stay, especially the comfortable room and amazing shower. The breakfast was good, particularly the great eggs. The location by the lagoon is nice, but we found dining options a bit limited nearby. I’d recommend this hotel.

During my recent two-night stay for business, I was impressed by the really good service from the receptionists, Victor and Luciano, who made me feel welcomed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the warm weather, and the strong shower in my spacious room was ideal after a long day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with the eggs being a highlight. The hotel's location near the Papulha Lagoon is perfect for a pleasant walk, and the free Wi-Fi was a major plus for my work needs.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while on a business trip, and overall, I was quite impressed. I did find some downsides. The restaurant didn't have many options for lunch or dinner, and I really had to rely on taxis to find decent food nearby. the breakfast felt a bit lacking, like it could use some more variety. And honestly, it would have been nice if the staff could communicate better in English. it was okay but could definitely improve!

The curtains in the room were not thick enough to block out the early morning sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in. there were no proper mirrors in the room, which made it difficult to get ready for our day out in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Papulha Lagoon and the Pampulha Airport. the rooms are spacious and have a functional shower. the hotel provides fast and free Wi-Fi to its guests.

The sheets and towels were of poor quality.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They promptly served us with a smile every time. The room was impeccably cleaned and arranged to make our stay comfortable and cozy. The Italian restaurant on-site was fantastic; their food was truly five star worthy. The breakfast served every day was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. it was a perfect, budget-friendly stay.
